I have been cooking in restaurants for nearly 14 years and have learned that cooking good food does not come from a culinary school graduate or by those executive chefs. These eating habits can be hard to break. I know I can do better, and I know you can too. I’m a chef, and my family eats take-out more than I like to admit.
